Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

You will need to be able to carry out Supervisory duties of a number of Contracts based around a set area. You may also need to complete mobile cleaning tasks in small units. You will have a great cleaning methodology, whilst, you will need to be flexible, organised and be able to respond and adapt to the clients needs and You are passionate about delivering a personable and reliable service to our clients. Role Specifications:

• Must have cleaning supervisor experience.

• Able to work on own initiative and manage own time.

• Ensuring the store runs smoothly completing budget checks, recruitment and audits.

• Able to communicate effectively to the clients, colleagues and management team.

• Good Knowledge of Health and safety and COSHH.

• High Standard of personal Hygiene and appearance.

• Ensure the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental Policies are adhered to

• Use chemicals, disposables and equipment safely and as per training, having a good knowledge of products/equipment on site, ensuring efficient use of chemicals and disposables to reduce waste, ensuring all equipment/chemicals are stored safely and fit for purpose and in good working order

• Observe H&S guidelines at all times, ensuring use of safety signs and barriers

• Maintain cleaning cupboards, ensuring they are stocked and clean

• Report to Line Manager any H&S, product, equipment or other site issues, completing any required paperwork.

• Complete any forms and paperwork as required.

• Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your work place, this will include but not limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely; COSHH.

• Report and take necessary action for any incidents or accidents, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities.

• Be the first point of contact to deal with any complaints / issues from customers immediately and report directly to your Line Manager.

• To be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the cleaning site teams.

Role Requirements:

• Have the right to work in the UK

• Full UK driving licence.

• Have a good understanding of written and spoken English due to health and Safety on sites

• The ability to problem solve local issues to a successful, agreeable outcome.

• Be able to induct and train new staff and also to recertify staff as and when required.

• Be familiar with the use of a range of cleaning equipment and be able to train others.

• To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained at all times

Working Hours for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor: Various

Shifts will vary - To be discussed at interview.

Salary Details: £28,000
