We’re looking for an enthusiastic Digital Designer to join our busy in-house team. If you enjoy varied work, collaboration and seeing ideas through from brief to delivery, this role could be a great fit. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications and stakeholders across the business on video, digital and print projects including social content, web assets, presentations, infographics and training materials.
What you’ll do
- Design on-brand assets across digital, motion and print - from social graphics and web visuals to decks and infographics.
- Manage the process end-to-end: take briefs, develop concepts, prototype where helpful, iterate with feedback, artwork and deliver final files.
- Create simple animations and short-form video edits, support photoshoots and basic image retouching.
- Build and maintain templates and brand assets to keep delivery consistent and efficient.
- Juggle multiple deadlines, prioritising with the Head of Marketing & Communications to keep work moving smoothly.
- Uphold brand guidelines and ensure everything we publish is accessible, accurate and fit for purpose.
About you
- 1–2 years’ experience in a graphic/digital design role, or a strong graduate portfolio.
- Confident in Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (bonus if you’ve used Premiere Pro/After Effects or Lightroom).
- Confident with WordPress or similar web platforms.
- Comfortable with photography/video capture for social and internal content.
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication.
- A team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude who keeps up with design and marketing trends.
Bonus/advantageous skills
- Figma (components, auto-layout, basic prototyping).
- Experience creating simple iconography, animation, illustrations or data visuals.
