Mobile Cleaner
Excellerate Services UK is an award-winning quality driven contract cleaning & support services specialist with an innovative approach to delivering value-engineered Soft FM solutions to today’s-built environment.
You will need to be able to carry out Supervisory duties of a number of Contracts based around a set area. You may also need to complete mobile cleaning tasks in small units. You will have a great cleaning methodology, whilst, you will need to be flexible, organised and be able to respond and adapt to the clients needs and You are passionate about delivering a personable and reliable service to our clients. Whilst operating in a professional manner.

Role Specifications:
- Cleaning Supervisor Experience
- Able to complete site audits, conduct training and arranging interviews.
- Able to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively.
- Able to communicate effectively to the clients, colleagues and management team
- Good Knowledge of Health and safety and COSHH
- High Standard of personal Hygiene and appearance
- Ensure the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental Policies are adhered to
- Use chemicals, disposables and equipment safely and as per training, having a good knowledge of products/equipment on site, ensuring efficient use of chemicals and disposables to reduce waste, ensuring all equipment/chemicals are stored safely and fit for purpose and in good working order
- Observe H&S guidelines at all times, ensuring use of safety signs and barriers
- Maintain cleaning cupboards, ensuring they are stocked and clean
- Report to Line Manager any H&S, product, equipment or other site issues, completing any required paperwork
- Complete any forms and paperwork as required
- Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your work place, this will include but not limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely; COSHH.
- Report and take necessary action for any incidents or accidents, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities
- Be the first point of contact to deal with any complaints / issues from customers immediately and report directly to your Line Manager.
- To be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the cleaning site teams
Role Requirements:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence.
- Have a good understanding of written and spoken English due to health and Safety on sites
- The ability to problem solve local issues to a successful, agreeable outcome.
- Be able to induct and train new staff and also to recertify staff as and when required.
- Be familiar with the use of a range of cleaning equipment and be able to train others.
- To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained at all times
Working Hours for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor: 40
- Due to the nature of the position, a flexible approach to working hours is required.
- Some weekend work may be required, All will be discussed on your interview.
