Mobile Cleaning Operative
The Mobile operative reports to the Regional Manager and is responsible for completing all aspects of cleaning works to ensure works are carried out in a timely manner and to the required standards as directed by the Regional Manager and in accordance with the contract specification.
Assisting with the planning, organising, and directing of the operational resources within the Hampshire area if required in order to provide customer service and operational efficiency in line with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, bin area cleaning, litter picking, cobweb removal, damp wiping to a variety of properties and high-profile clients.
• Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed, particularly those regarding the wearing of PPE when working, the operation of equipment, manual handling, and COSHH
• Assist with cover and workloads outside of your weekly schedule supporting other clients and contracts
• Help with Periodicals and work orders
• Deal with one-off and emergency works
• Ensure that all company procedures are followed
• Report on issues at sites such as infrastructure defects and Graffiti etc.
• Keep company equipment and property clean & tidy
• If issued with a company vehicle, keep it clean & tidy and carry out regular checks on oil, tyre conditions etc.
• Be a 2-way information conduit for the ESUK Leadership teams
• Report all incidents to your Regional Manager
• Complete any work required as deemed necessary by the company/management
Qualifications:
• Ideally BICS trained
• A sound appreciation of the requirements of Health & Safety and associated legislation
• Full Clean UK driving license.

Reporting to: Regional Manager
Location: Central Hampshire
Hours of work: 40hrs - flexibility required due to the shift and trading patterns
