Job Title: Cleaning Manager
Location: Desford
Salary: £30,000
Role Requirements
Responsible for leading a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders and Cleaning Operatives
Responsible for overseeing and directing the work of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in line with management and client requirements. Manage schedules, training, and performance, while also adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for ensuring all stock, equipment and machinery are ordered/available and maintained.
- Through effective client liaison, staff management and supervision ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner, in compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Must have basic IT Skills (Lap top will be provided)
- Experience in leading teams in similar environment essential.
- Strong tenacious attitude is required.

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:00
(Must be flexible to oversee evening and night shifts when required)
