We are currently recruiting for :- Administrator
This is a demanding role that will provide excellent opportunities as the company grows.
Our staff are the core of our business, so our Administrators are key to the successful delivery of a high level of service as agreed and outlined in the contract agreements between us and the Client
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure submitted timesheets are correct, within budget and submitted in a timely manner
- Assist in preparation with reports
- Support in the roll out of any new software
- Communicate with field management
- To adhere to all Company processes, policies and procedures.
- Respond to any client feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Working Hours:
- Either Tue - Sat, Wed - Sun or Thu - Mon
- 9.00am - 5.00pm
